However, the opposite is in Marijuana, and it creates high amounts of THC and low amounts of CBD. Due to this, Hemp is legal and Marijuana is illegal. Although you can get high from the Hemp plant, it would take a lot of Hemp-derived THC extracts to achieve this goal.

Hemp-Derived THC Cannabinoids

There is a long list of Hemp-derived THC Cannabinoids, but the essential point to remember is that they are not categorized as Marijuana. In 2018, it was developed that any hemp product that has less than 0.3% of Delta 9 THC is considered Marijuana. Also, any product that has less than 0.3% of Delta 9 THC is considered Hemp.  This does not mean that you’re unable to use Delta 9 THC in Hemp products. It simply has to contain less than 0.3%, yet that can be enough to cause a head alteration. However, while they can create a psychoactive experience, it’s still below the legal and categorized as Hemp.

A cannabinoid is any part of the Hemp plant that produces some reaction in your receptors.
